This was Offor Rueben while speaking to LEADERSHIP about the plight of people who have graduated while above 30 years and are unable to serve during the NYSC year.

“Virtually every advertised job, apart from government jobs requires that you must have served the NYSC and must not be above certain age brackets which is usually below 30 years.”

With the increasing emphasis on productivity and excellence, it is not surprising to see that most corporations and businesses often require the services of very young and independent minds to fill up positions but has it really gotten to the extent that those above a certain age bracket are not eligible to gain employment at all?

FAAN Online Aptitude Test Information

Federal Airport Authority of Nigerian (FAAN)- This is to notify candidates that the online aptitude test for FAAN Recruitment exercise has commenced. All candidates will be notify by test to their phones number and email provided during the application process. Notification are in batches and according to the job applied for.

Notification will be completed by the close of busy day on February Thursday 26th 2015. All successful candidates shortlisted will be sent a unique login and password with Test date and time.

Meanwhile, the apptitude test starts 8am on Wednesday Feb. 25 and ends Friday 27 Feb. 2015.
The test is being administered in batches, so if you have not gotten your notification, do not panic, maybe your batch is not for today. But check your sms, email box and spam folder.

Nigerian Senate Express Confidence In Jega, INEC; Okay Card Readers For Election

Ahead of the March and April Nigerian general elections, the Senate has expressed satisfaction with the level of readiness and preparedness of the Independent National Electoral Commission to conduct free, fair and credible elections.

The Senate’s position on INEC and the forthcoming elections was disclosed by David Mark, the Senate President, following the briefing and demonstration of the workings of the card reader by INEC Chairman, Attahiru Jega, and his team during plenary on Wednesday.
