Notification will be completed by the close of busy day on February Thursday 26th 2015. All successful candidates shortlisted will be sent a unique login and password with Test date and time.
Meanwhile, the apptitude test starts 8am on Wednesday Feb. 25 and ends Friday 27 Feb. 2015.
The test is being administered in batches, so if you have not gotten your notification, do not panic, maybe your batch is not for today. But check your sms, email box and spam folder.
ABOUT FAAN ONLINE APTITUDE TEST
This FAAN Online Aptitude Test is designed to assess your logical reasoning or thinking performance. The test consists of 50 multiple-choice questions and is administered under a restricted web-based exam conditions. The test is strictly timed for 30 minutes after which you must submit your answer sheet. Your results are immediately made available once you submit your test. A pass mark of 50% has been established for this test.
The test is being administered in batches. The batch that you are assigned to is a function of the job that you applied for, its grade level and the total number of people shortlisted for that job. The maximum number of candidates in a batch is 2,000. Each candidate has been assigned a UNIQUE ID by the computer. This ID is part of your login and password.
Access to the Exam Portal (this is the online “exam hall”) is enabled through our pre-issued login-name and password. You need this Login Name and Password to login and take the test.

Types of Questions
The 50 questions cover a combination of:
- Verbal Reasoning: Includes, grammar, ability to understand analogies, and follow detailed written instructions.
- Numerical Reasoning: Includes basic arithmetic, number sequences and simple mathematics.
- Current Affairs: Covers Nigerian and general world knowledge.
DIRECTIONS FOR THE TEST
PLS READ THE FOLLOWING INSTRUCTION CAREFULLY BEFORE YOU BEGIN
- The Aptitude test consist of 50 questions to be answered in 30min. You will be logged out after the expiration of 30 minutes.
- All questions are multiple choice (objective) questions.
- Question will be presented to you one at a time.
- You are to select the answer you think is correct by "clicking" on your choice.
- After "clicking" on the answer you have selected, clicking on "NEXT" to move to the next question.
- Click on "MARK FOR REVIEW" if you wish to review your answer to a question that you are unsure of.
- Do not click on "REVIEW QUESTIONS" until you have finished with all 50 Questions, otherwise the system will not allow you to continue your test and you must then submit your answers.
- You can also click "PREV" to go back to previous questions.
- One you have completed all 50 questions, click "REVIEW" to look at all your answers.Click "SUBMIT" to submit your answer.
- Once you submit your answers
- your result will be displayed on the screen immediately.
